July 13, 2003 (Sunday) City tour to Nanjing Road and The Bund in Shanghai. Transfer to Nanjing by bus and stay in Jinling Hotel.

July 14, 2003 (Monday) Visit Gaoyou Orphanage and meet our new daughters. Back to Nanjing on the same day. Take photos of babies for their passports.

July 15, 2003 (Tuesday) The families will go to Civil Affairs for the registration, notarization and passport formalities.

July 16, 2003 (Wednesday) Half-day tour to Xuan Wu Lake

July 17, 2003 (Thursday) Sightseeing for Confucius Temple and Zhonghua Gate (Old City Gate)

July 18, 2003 (Friday) Visit Nanjing Museum in the morning and take the passports in the afternoon

July 19, 2003 (Saturday) Travel from Nanjing to Beijing by flight (1-1/2 hours). Transfer to Jian Guo Hotel

July 20, 2003 (Sunday) Tour Jade Factory and The Great Wall.

July 21, 2003 (Monday) Medical exams for babies; Canadian Embassy for VISAS

July 22, 2003 (Tuesday) Tour Tiananmen Square and Temple of Heaven

July 23, 2003 (Wednesday) Half-day tour to Beijing Zoo and Summer Palace in the morning. Late afternoon pick up VISAS from Canadian Embassy. Traditional Peking duck dinner.

July 24, 2003 (Thursday) Leave Beijing for Shanghai at 9:20 AM. Leave Shanghai for Vancouver at 4:30 PM
