We are Liz, Guido and Lisa from Sudbury, Ontario. Lisa was born in Xiangtan Province, China on August 28th, 1998. We were part of the very special Group #62, a collection of twelve families who have remained close to this day. Gotcha Day was August 24th, 1999 so we were fortunate to be able to spend Lisa's first birthday with her. When referrals came in, we thought we might have the same privilege with our new daughter, Olivia, who was born on May 14th, 2002. Unfortunately that is not to be however we will be leaving home on May 14th, which is almost as good! Lisa is a bright, energetic, loving and totally captivating child and we are thankful each day for how lucky we are to have her in our lives. Lisa is looking forward to being a big sister and is quite anxious for Olivia to come home to her forever family, as are we. We feel very fortunate to be twice blessed in this lifetime with two beautiful daughters.

We are very excited to travel with all our existing (Group 150) and new group members in this journey to complete our family. We know that many friendships and life long bonds will be formed throughout the next few weeks and for years to come. We look forward to meeting each and every one of you.

Guido is the Chief Building Official/Director of Building Services for the City of Greater Sudbury while Liz is Planning & Research Coordinator with the Greater Sudbury Police Service.
